TEAM Estate Sales and Appraisals is a full-service, turn-key estate sales and appraisal company providing services in the Memphis-area and beyond.  Appropriately named, the professionals who comprise the staff of TEAM Estate Sales and Appraisals offer the combined experience of almost a century of work as antique dealers, authors, appraisers and even an art curator!  TEAM members are not limited to just the local area; the team is comprised of a national network of appraisers, writers and worldwide authorities in the various aspects of residential content. 

Edward T. Tuten (ISA AM) is an accredited member  of The International Society of Appraisers (ISA), a not-for-profit, member-driven association, formed to support member needs  and serve the public by producing highly qualified and ethical appraisers who are recognized authorities in professional personal property appraising.

1. Estate Sales:  The most successful estate sales require planning and meticulous attention to detail by knowledgeable, experienced estate sale professionals.  With our team of estate sales professionals, we provide all of the resources needed to conduct a full-service, turn-key estate sale:

   • Consulting with homeowners, family, or executors prior to the sale

   • Researching and setting prices

   • Sorting and organizing merchandise

   • Pricing sales items

   • Displaying merchandise attractively

   • Advertising the sale

   • Conducting the sale

   • Post-sale clean-up

2. Appraisals:  An appraisal provides a written estimate of the value of an item.  TEAM Estate Sales and Appraisals provide complete, accurate, and reliable information at a realistic cost.  We conduct appraisals for on both comparable values and sales values of items, as well as appraisals for insurance or tax purposes.  Although most of our appraisals are estate and personal property evaluations for valuation documentation purposes, we also evaluate personal property for theft, fire, natural disaster losses (hurricanes), and freight and shipping damage when losses occur.

3. Mother Hubbard's Antiques Store:  We offer a variety of antiques and collectables in our stores. Our inventory comes from estates, collectors, and family heirlooms.  Whether you are looking for depression glass, or other collectable art glass, or shopping for vintage framed art paintings and prints, make sure you visit Mother Hubbard’s Antiques. We also offer a variety of collectable jewelry from Victoriana to Edwardian to Art Deco pieces; handbags and accessories; bedroom decor and embellishments including dresser sets, linens, mirrors, draperies, etc; kitchenware; bake ware; vintage containers and melmac; tobacciana, lamps; even furniture!
